Zucchini with beef

Ingredients

  • 4 servings of beef (soft part)
  • 1kgr-1,5kgr zucchini
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of wine, wine
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon (grated)
  • 1/5 teaspoon cloves (grated)
  • salt, pepper
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. If the zucchini are large cut them into 2 or 3 pieces.
  2. Add little salt at the zucchini and fry until get a little bit gold from all sides and place them on absorbent paper to remove the extra oil.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil and saute the meat until get golden brown.
  4. Add the onion and stir until get golden brown and then add wine.
  5. When alcohol evaporates, add the tomato, cinnamon, cloves, salt, pepper and reduce the heat (in the middle) to boil the meat. This will take about 40-50 minutes.
  6. When meat is ready, remove it from saucepan, add the zucchini and mix gently.
  7. Add in the saucepan the meat again and let them boil for about 10 minutes together until the sauce thickens.
