Yiayia's omeleta

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 15-20 sausage pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Bake the sausage pieces in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut them, fry them and leave them on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.
  3. When sausage is ready, put a clean pan to warm up (if it is not nonstick, add some olive oil) and add the potatoes and sausage (if not fit, divide your materials to make two omelets).
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add some milk, salt and pepper and add the mixture to the pan.
  5. Add egg mixture into the pan with potatoes and sausages and let it cook in medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. The omelet is ready.
Tips:

You can also add a some grated cheese with the eggs step.
