Ingredients
- 1Kgr grapes (sultanas)
- 600gr granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
Method
- Wash the grapes very well and remove the stems.
- In a saucepan, add the grapes, sugar and water and when it stars boiling lower the heat and let them boil until the syrup gets thick.
- Just before turning off the heat, add the lemon and mix well.
- Let it cool well and then pure it in glass jars.
Tips:
You can keep it refrigerated.
