3-4 mushrooms
1 medium zucchini
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green bell pepper
2 eggs
some milk
salt, pepper, olive oil
Method
Wash mushrooms and cut into 3-4 pieces each.
Wash zucchini and cut into thin strips and then cut the strips in half.
Wash peppers and cut them into pieces.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and add mushrooms, zucchini, peppers and stir until wilted and leaving the broth.
Beat eggs, add some milk, salt, pepper and stir the mixture.
Add the mixture to the frying pan and stir until the eggs are cooked.
