Pastirma mini pies

Ingredients

  • 1 package pastry sheet (you can use as many sheets you want)
  • 100 gr pastirma (into slices)
  • 200 gr kasseri or regato cheese (cut to make triagles)
  • tomatoes cut in slices and then in 4 pieces (to make triangles)
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ο C set to fan.
  2. Cut each pastry sheet into 8 strips.
  3. Spread one pastry sheet strip, add on the corner one piece of cheese, one piece of pastirma and last, one piece of tomato.
  4. Fold in triangle shape and join the edge with some drops of water.
  5. Follow the same process for the rest of the ingredients.
  6. When you finish, add them on a pan. brush them with olive oil and bake them for 25-30 minutes.
  7. You can also cook them on a frier for less time (when golden brown), and let them absorb the extra oil on kitchen paper.
