Ingredients
2 hot peppers baked in the oven and peeled
1/2 kgr soft feta cheese
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar

Method
Beat in blender peppers with oil until it becomes mush.

Continue with the remaining feta.
Add the vinegar (or lemon) and pepper and mix them until they become like a cream.
The tirokafteri is ready and you can save it in a bowl in refrigerator 5-6 days.
Tips:
If we see that the tirokafteri is strong, add some milk and beat again.
