This soup is very nutritious for the kids! But if you are going to cook it for kids, remove the pepper, and a quantity of spices and some onions! If you want, you can pulped it to make velvet soup!
Ingredients
1,5 kgr beef
1 leek (chopped)
1 big onion (chopped)
3 medium potatoes
2 medium zucchini
3 medium carrots
1 bay leaf
1 sprig rosemary
thyme
1 lt beef broth
1 lt water
1 lemon peel
olive oil, salt, pepper
Method
Wash beef and cut into medium portions.
Ιn a pressure cooker add some olive oil and saute the onion and leek.
Add the beef and saute until meat get a golden brown color.
Add all the rest vegetables, add about 2 lt water and stir gently.
Close the lid and let them boil for about 50 minutes.
When the meat is cooked remove the bay leaf, the rosemary and the lemon peel.
