Chicken fillet marinated with mustard

Kotopoulo me moustarda

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Wash the chicken and cut it into fillets (less than 1cm thick).
  2. In a bowl, add mustard, salt and pepper and stir to make a mixture.
  3. Spread the chicken fillets with mustard mixture and leave them for about 1h-1.5h.
  4. Heat a nonstick frying pan and cook the fillets.
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice or green salad.
Tips:

If you want to use frying pan, you can bake them in the oven in a baking pan (with greaseproof paper) or grill them on the bbq.
