Chicken with orange

Ingredients

  • 4 portions chicken fillet
  • 1.5 cup orange juice
  • Cornflour
  • 100gr-150gr cooking butter
  • salt, pepper

Method

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and leave them for 30′-60′ around in the fridge.
  2. Then flour them with cornflour.
  3. In a non-stick pan, add the butter and warm enough.
  4. Add the fillets and turn through out all sides until golden.
  5. Add the orange juice.
  6. Lower the heat to very slow, and cook for a 20′-25 ‘.
Tips:

Serve with rice.
