Ingredients
1kgr strained yogurt
700ml whipped cream
500gr canned pineapple
1 cup cleaned walnuts
Method
Remove the pineapple from the can and leave it in a colander to leave its fluids.
Keep some walnuts to decorate the top at the end and the rest cut them into pieces (into 2-3 pieces each).
Keep 2 slices of the pineapple to decorate the top at the end and cut the remaining slices, into 8 pieces about each one.
In a large bowl, add the yogurt and whipped cream and mix gently.
Add the pineapple pieces and the walnuts and mix again gently.
Place the mixture in a glass bowl or small glasses.
Decorate with pineapple and walnuts on top, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 5-6 hours to freeze and then serve.
Tips:
If you do not like pineapple, you can add any hard fruit like apples, strawberries…
