Dessert with yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1kgr strained yogurt
  • 700ml whipped cream
  • 500gr canned pineapple
  • 1 cup cleaned walnuts

Method

  1. Remove the pineapple from the can and leave it in a colander to leave its fluids.
  2. Keep some walnuts to decorate the top at the end and the rest cut them into pieces (into 2-3 pieces each).
  3. Keep 2 slices of the pineapple to decorate the top at the end and cut the remaining slices, into 8 pieces about each one.
  4. In a large bowl, add the yogurt and whipped cream and mix gently.
  5. Add the pineapple pieces and the walnuts and mix again gently.
  6. Place the mixture in a glass bowl or small glasses.
  7. Decorate with pineapple and walnuts on top, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 5-6 hours to freeze and then serve.
Tips:

If you do not like pineapple, you can add any hard fruit like apples, strawberries…
