Ingredients

  • 1Kgr grapes (sultanas)
  • 600gr granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)

Method

  1. Wash the grapes very well and remove the stems.
  2. In a saucepan, add the grapes, sugar and water and when it stars boiling lower the heat and let them boil until the syrup gets thick.
  3. Just before turning off the heat, add the lemon and mix well.
  4. Let it cool well and then pure it in glass jars.
Tips:

You can keep it refrigerated.
