Ingredients
1/2 kgr strained yoghurt
2-3 cloves garlic (peeled and grated fine on the grater)
1 cucumber (peeled and grated with the grater in thick part)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons vinegar
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Squeeze well the cucumber and place it in a medium bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix well with a spoon until the mixture is even.
The tzatziki is ready and keep it in a bowl in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
