Tirokafteri

Ingredients

  • 2 hot peppers baked in the oven and peeled
  • 1/2 kgr soft feta cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • pepper

Method

  1. Beat in blender peppers with oil until it becomes mush.
  2. Add a little feta and beat again in the blender.
  3. Continue with the remaining feta.
  4. Add the vinegar (or lemon) and pepper and mix them until they become like a cream.
  5. The tirokafteri is ready and you can save it in a bowl in refrigerator 5-6 days.
Tips:

If we see that the tirokafteri is strong, add some milk and beat again.
