Lemon sauce (creamy)

Ingredients

  • 400ml broth (vegetable/chicken/beef) or hot water
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cooking fat
  • 2 lemon (juice)

Method

  1. Add cooking fat on a pot and let heat well.
  2. Add the flour stir quickly with a stirring wire and roast it very well.
  3. Carefully add the broth (in portions NOT all in once), and stir gently (but quick) with the stirring wire.
  4. Continue with the broth.
  5. Finally add the lemon juice, continue stirring and let it boil (while stirring) for 3′-4′.
  6. Lemon sauce is ready.
Tips:

Better use broth from food, or make some with vegetable/chicken/beef broth cube.
