Ingredients

  • 3 cups olives (prefer black olives or or green olives)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (prefer balsamic)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup almonds

Method

  1. Remove seeds from olives.
  2. Grind almonds in blender with olive oil.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and continue beating until it becomes a uniform mixture.
  4. Place in glass jar and keep refrigerated for 2-3 months.
