Ingredients
3 cups olives (prefer black olives or or green olives)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (prefer balsamic)
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup almonds
Method
Remove seeds from olives.
Grind almonds in blender with olive oil.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue beating until it becomes a uniform mixture.
Place in glass jar and keep refrigerated for 2-3 months.
