Ingredients
- 500gr potatoes
- 500gr icing sugar
- 500gr coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon mastic liqueur
Method
- Boil the potatoes and then mash them and leave them to cool slightly.
- In a bowl add the mashed potatoes, the icing sugar, the coconut and the liqueur and mix well.
- Shape into small balls and sprinkle with coconut.
Tips:
If you want, before make the balls, you can divide the dough and paint the mixture with food coloring.
