Stuffed pork roll

Ingredients

  • 2kgr pork (streaky) beaten to stretch
  • 7-8 slices of yellow cheese
  • 7-8 slices of ham
  • 1-2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons parsley
  • 10-15 dried apricots
  • 10-15 dried plums
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 glass water
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add salt and pepper on both sides of meat.
  2. Spread the meat on a greaseproof paper.
  3. Spread the mustard, sprinkle with parsley, make a layer of cheese and a layer of ham.
  4. Wrap the pork with the help of the greaseproof paper to a tight roll and tie with string or put it in net.
  5. Place the butter in a saucepan to burn and sauté the roll from all sides until golden brown.
  6. Add the wine and when the alcohol evaporates, add the water and cook until the meat is tender (for about 30′-40′). Add some water if necessary.
  7. In the last 10′-15′ add the plums and apricots.
Tips:

Serve with white rice.

When serving, you can mash the materials of sause to have a velvet appearance.
