1 package pastry sheet
1/2 kgr feta cheese
1/4 kgr unsalted mizithra cheese
1 egg
some milk
pepper
olive oil
Method
In a bowl, mix feta cheese, the mizithra cheese, the egg, the milk and the pepper into a mixture.
Lay one pastry sheet, grease it with olive oil, add 3-4 tablespoons of the filling lengthwise, wrap it and then twist it.
Repeat this step until pastry sheets end.
Add twisted tiropites on a baking pan.
Sprinkle with a little water.
Bake at 180oC for 45 minutes or so, until getting a gold color on top.
