Half glasses of wine, brandy or liqueur banana or liqueur orange
1kgr icing sugar for dusting
Method
Boil the ingredients for the syrup for 2′-3′ (note: not more!)
In a wide bowl, prepare the icing sugar because you should sugarcoat quickly so it will stick!
In another large bowl add: walnuts, bread-crumbs, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, orange zest and mix well by hand.
Make a hole in the middle and begin slowly adding the mixture from the syrup and stir with a wooden spoon until materials are soaked and the dough can be shaped in hand (note: you may left over some syrup!)
As the mixture is hot, shape any shape you want and place them into the bowl with sugar icing and sugarcoat them quickly.
Once they get cool place them in a large platter. (If we move them from the icing sugar as logn as they are warm they might stick together!)
The next day, cover with foil to prevent dry.
You can keep approximately for 15 days.
Tips:
If they get dry after 3-4 days it means that you bent much the syrup.
