Lettuce salad

Maroulosalata

Ingredients

  • 8-10 lettuce leaves
  • crouton
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Method

  1. Wash lettuce leaves very well and let them 10 minutes in a bowl with water and some plain vinegar.
  2. Dry them well.
  3. Chop them in pieces by hand in a large bowl.
  4. Pure olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and stir well.
  5. The maroulosalata is ready.
